✦ Space & setup: We need a flat 3m × 3m area with 3m height clearance for the walk-in butterfly house, plus room for 1–2 trestle tables. A backyard lawn, park, patio, garage, or hired community hall works perfectly.
✦ All-weather friendly: Rain or extreme heat is never an issue—The butterfly house is fully roofed and can have protective walls attached, allowing it to sit outside sheltered against a patio, pergola, or garage wall. The rest of the party setup can be brought indoors into an open living space, or garage.
✦ Safe & gentle handling: All animals are calm, safe, and non-venomous. We teach the children gentle handling techniques before any interaction begins.
✦ Supervision: While our experienced team fully hosts and guides the activities, at least one supervising adult must remain on-site during the party.
✦ Arrival & setup: We arrive roughly 30–45 minutes prior to your start time to set up enclosures and settle the critters before guests arrive.
✦ Travel & deposit: A deposit locks in your chosen date and time. Free travel applies across our standard service area, with a small travel fee for extended distances.
